Эта опция есть на linux конфигурации и в билд скрипте <https://nda.ya.ru/t/hOAiAyBC7HtmRC> То-есть этот ПР убирает этот дифф между` jemalloc_internal_defs-linux.h` и `jemalloc_internal_defs-linux-arm.h`. По идее это не влияет особо не на что (тем более не уверен что кто то кроме нас использует jemalloc на arm). Но добавляет возможность включать профилирование (по умолчанию выключено).
