Add "addresses" to job description. Use it in get-job-stderr and get-job-spec
Issue: #1044
Added "addresses" field to job description. It has consequences on operations archive, `get-job`, etc
Main motivation behind it is to make `get-job-stderr` and `get-job-spec` work for jobs that run on exec nodes with non-default preferred address (remote exec nodes)
