YQL-20519: Fix multiline ID_QUOTED highlighting
There were patches to fix multiline `STRING_VALUE`s, but `ID_QUOTED`,
was untouched, but actually is able be multiline, so this change fixes
it. Now unclosed `ID_QUOTED` highlightes the whole suffix of a source
until the end or closing `BACKTICK`.
