YQL-20436: Translate JOIN to YqlSelect
The support is actually limited because asterisk is not supported,
because of non-trivial to implement YQL semantics where same-named
columns at ON clause are deduplicated, will create an task for it.
Supported JOIN, LEFT/RIGHT JOIN, CROSS JOIN.
