YQL-21363: Support PRAGMA TablePathPrefix on YqlSelect
#### Support PRAGMA TablePathPrefix in YqlSelect ✎
- Added support for resolving table paths with prefix when using YqlSelect, ensuring that table names are properly qualified with the specified prefix
- Implemented logic to handle both regular and temporary tables correctly, applying the prefix only to regular tables and not to temporary ones
- Enhanced test coverage to verify correct behavior of table path prefixing in various scenarios including SELECT statements and variable assignments
- Updated canonical data and test results to reflect the new functionality and ensure consistent behavior across different execution modes
