Fix null dereference on ResponseHandler_ in hedging channel
After std::swap(ResponseHandler_, responseHandler), ResponseHandler_ is
null. The backup header parse error path was calling
ResponseHandler_->HandleError instead of responseHandler->HandleError,
causing a null dereference on any malformed backup response.
