YT-23337: Add AnySetMatching future combiner
Add TAnySetMatchingFutureCombiner — a new combiner that resolves as soon as any input future satisfies a user-supplied predicate. When a matching result arrives the remaining futures are cancelled (CancelInputOnShortcut). If all futures complete without a match the combiner still resolves, returning the full result set with MatchingIndex = nullopt.
Supports both (const TErrorOr<T>&) and (int, const TErrorOr<T>&) predicate signatures so callers can inspect the original future index.
