Fix OnResponseAttachmentsStreamRead aborting the wrong stream
When the request control is finalized, the handler was aborting
RequestAttachmentsStream_ instead of ResponseAttachmentsStream_, leaving
the response stream open and preventing the caller from observing the
error.
