YT-22593: Migrate table_client helpers to std::string
Migrate KeyToYson, the map-conversion appender callbacks (std::function key
type), PendingKey_ and the IP6 FromUnversionedValue read to std::string. The
legacy TString To/FromUnversionedValue duals (std::string variants already
exist), AddProtoRow (proto-interop TProtobufString) and the TStringOutput/
EscapeC-backed buffers are left.
