Fix requests with empty path in yt/http
По <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2616#section-5.1.2>, путь в HTTP-запросе не может быть пустым; в случае отсутствия пути необходимо указывать "/":
> Note that the absolute path cannot be empty; if none is present in the original URI, it MUST be given as "/" (the server root).
Старый код при запросе на URL без пути (например, `http://localhost:1234`), посылал запрос вида

Вместо
