Propagate cancelable context cancelation to waiting fibers
Adds a fiber-local "current cancelable context" (TryGetCurrentCancelableContext / SwitchCurrentCancelableContext + move-only TCurrentCancelaleContextGuard), installed by the cancelable invoker. WaitUntilSet subscribes the current fiber's canceler to that context, so canceling the context cancels the whole fiber.
