Handle dq reader/writer exceptions with UdfTerminate
#### Handle DQ reader/writer exceptions with UdfTerminate ✎
- Wrap NYT::TErrorResponse and standard exceptions with UdfTerminate to ensure proper error handling and termination in DQ reader and writer components
- Add exception handling around FetchRecord and MakeState methods to catch and terminate on YT errors and general exceptions
- Enhance writer component with logging capabilities in destructor to capture and report cleanup failures
- Introduce proper error propagation for DQ operations by converting YT errors into UDF termination signals
- Add comprehensive exception handling for both read and write operations to prevent unhandled exceptions from crashing the system
