Guard compiled part of pattern entry with mutex

Суть проблемы в том, что `NYql::NCodegen::ICodegen::TSharedPtr Codegen` может конкурентно правиться в двух местах:

Ничего лучше, чем закрыть поля класса мьютексом, не придумал.
