YT-25061: Move signature generator to NNative::TConnection

This allows us to sign the information only once: in the native client itself, and simply pass the signed value through all layers to the user.

This means less duplicate code, and a cleaner, more understandable flow of signatures.

Renamed `Resign` -> `DoSign` and made it private, as the code doesn't rely on resigning anymore.
