Specialize StripString functions for the std::string_view and TStringBuf types.
An example of erroneous code in which the compiler will be able to detect a problem with the lifetime of temporary string:
```
TStringBuf sb = StripString(TStringBuf{" abc "s});
Use(sb); // segfault
```
