#### Откат изменений из libcxx и корректировка видимости методов 📝 - 🔁 Откачен патч из `libcxx`, касающийся модификатора доступа в `lazy_split_view.h` - 🔧 Удалены патчи для `protobuf`, изменяющие модификаторы доступа методов `SetRedactDebugString` - 🧹 Убраны макроопределения `#define private public` из тестов, что повышает безопасность и корректность проверок - 🔀 Перемещены методы в секцию `public` в нескольких классах, где требовался доступ к ранее приватным членам - 📦 Внесены изменения в реализацию и тесты, связанные с корректным использованием API без нарушения инкапсуляции - 🛠 Удалены ненужные патчи, возвращающие код к исходному состоянию после отката изменений в сторонних библиотеках Autodescription by Code Assistant
