enable jemalloc profiling for linux arm

Это продолжение этого ПРа Там был configure без `--enable-prof`. Эта опция есть на linux конфигурации и в билд скрипте То-есть этот ПР убирает этот дифф между` jemalloc_internal_defs-linux.h` и `jemalloc_internal_defs-linux-arm.h`. По идее это не влияет особо не на что (тем более не уверен что кто то кроме нас использует jemalloc на arm). Но добавляет возможность включать профилирование (по умолчанию выключено).
