- В Geojson.msg, PolygonStamped.msg, RemoteControlPolygon.msg добавляется и сериализуется reference\_point
- Добавляется 2 новых топика для публикацию NearestPolygons в LatLong'ах
- Добавляется и protocol::Frame::kLatLong
- Меняется подписка в TrajectorySelector на новые топики
- Нода RemoteControl/SceneBuilder теперь пересоздает latlong\_converter постоянно при получении новой локализации с новой реф. точкой.
